Abimbola “Bola” Ajala (LL.B.) (B.L) is a 1989 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He also obtained a Diploma in Operating Room Specialist from the US Army Academy of Health Sciences and is a certified instructor of US Army/Beam-Hit Laser Marksmanship System (Sept 2005). He started his career as Assistant Manager (Legal, Corporate Clients and Contracts) with Afribank Nigeria, Lagos, Nigeria (November 1991 to May 1999). From July 1999 – May 2001, he worked as a Customer Support Representative with J.P Morgan Chase (Formerly First Usa Bank), Frederick, MD. He also worked as a Senior Paralegal/ Team Lead/ Evening Overall Manager with the Firm of AXIANT (Formerly Wolpoff & Abramson LLP), Rockville, MD from May 2001 – March 2008. From March 2000 – March 2008 he worked with the UD Dept of Defense (Us Army Reserve) – Walter Reed AMC as an Operating Room Specialist (91D). In March 2008, he joined Adams Grayson Corp. (assigned to Accenture as a Contractor) as Contracts Manager from which he joined the Accenture Group in August, 2008 as a Contract Management Specialist involved in Coordinating Accenture Global Contract Management, New Joiner Induction/Training for North and Latin America. He doubles as a Senior Associate with the Firm.

He is a certified member of International Association for Commercial and Contracts Management (IACCM) (June 2010) and is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has received several awards including the National Defence Service Medal (NDSM), the US Army Service Ribbon, US Armed Forces Reserve Medal with “M” Device, and the Global War on Terrorism Medal.
