The Firm has contacts and correspondent relations with an extensive network of Local and International Law Firms being a former member of Legal Alliance a consortium of Law Firms until recently engaged by the Bureau of Public Enterprises in its privatization of some Federal Government-owned Companies. The state of reciprocity is such that we are able to extend to our clients the benefits of our accumulated goodwill to assist them whenever their cross-border transactions touch on those jurisdictions where our correspondents operate.

We also offer ancillary services such as company secretarial and nominee services.
