Olajide Sonny Onasanya, HNC Business & Finance- (Southwest London College, UK) LLB Business Law (Hons.UK) is a graduate from Coventry University, UK  and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995

He commenced his law Practice in Nigeria with OLU ONAGORUWA & CO (Former Attorney General of Nigeria) and in the UK with Mathis Solicitors and Sonny Goodman & Co. He continued his legal practice in Nigeria with Enitan Associates (Now ENITAN LPA) from 2003 to date.

He is a technology enthusiast with various ITSM practitioners’ certifications and business executive with extensive experience spanning law, dispute resolution, corporate governance, real estate, insurance, and information and communications technology (ICT). He has advised and represented government institutions, multinational corporations, technology companies, and private clients in Criminal Matters, Complex Commercial, property, regulatory, and constitutional matters.

With a strong interest in the intersection of law and technology, Olajide has been actively involved in the development and governance of technology driven businesses and digital platforms.
