Olukayode Abayomi Enitan, SAN, MCIArb., LL. B, B. L. is a 1988 graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He was admitted to practice law in Nigeria in 1989. He was junior Counsel in the law Firm of Duro Ajayi & Co. a thoroughbred litigation Firm from where he joined the dynamic commercial law Firm of Mogbeyi Sagay & Co. in 1991. He thereafter set up ENITAN ASSOCIATES in 1993. He was elevated to the inner bar in July 2019.

Mr. Enitan an innovative advocate who has practiced law with a knack for litigation in all courts of Nigeria, is well respected by members of the Bar and the Bench with a wealth of experience in banking, financial, real estate commercial, and international transactions. He has handled various cases traversing the Firm’s several areas of practice. He is the Firm’s arrowhead in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Investigative practice. He is a Securities and Exchange Commission registered Capital Markets Consultant/Solicitor. He has served as a Legal Consultant to The Netherlands Embassy. His preferment to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria is a clear testament to his industry and ability to forensic advocacy and litigation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), member of the International Bar Association, Section on Business Law, and the Nigerian Bar Association
