Omoyemi Olusunmade Dip. (Banking and Finance), LLB (Hons.), B.L. is a 2002 graduate of Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
She commenced her law practice with the law firm of Enitan Associates where she spent considerable time and was appointed Head of Chambers in 2009. She has a wealth of experience in banking, financial, real estate commercial and international transactions and has handled various cases traversing the Firm’s several areas of practice. A hard negotiator, Omoyemi has represented clients in negotiating varying degrees of contracts and commercial agreements taking note of client’s specific needs. Omoyemi understand the intricacies of the board room and has covered many board meetings, AGM for both private and public companies.
She is a member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association, member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (UK). She has attended several local and international Law Seminars and workshops as participant to broaden her legal knowledge. She loves research work and has special interest in corporate law practice and arbitration.
